About the event
Join Women Connected for a chair yoga session, led by Ann Smith! No prior yoga experience is needed. This is a fun and accessible activity. After chair yoga, we will go out for lunch together.
Chair yoga costs $5 per person. You can register and pay online, or register by contacting the church office and pay at the door.
